Well here we go again with SM&RT FEST II, August 25/26th seems a long way off but there is a lot to do and it will be on us afore yee know it!, this years fest will be a lot different in many ways, we have changed the venue to Sale Moor Cricket club/grounds, easier to get to as its well servd by bus and tram stops, also loads of shops and pubs close by, the beer and food will be much cheaper as we have control over it and can allow outside caterers, Old Market Tavern will be also running a beer fest tent featuring real ales and bottled beers from around Europe.

We are looking at using a 40ft curtain sided trailer giving us a much bigger stage area for our bands to loon around on! we will be featuring a lot of the fab bands and artistes from last year but a two day event will allow us to introduce many new ones, I will update this site with news as and when it comes in so please book marh our site to keep up with whats going on.

Bands so far for this years fest are Bright Shapes, Mancini Fires, The Rubys and The Villains, the Sunday will be devoted mainly to acoustic artistes
